All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and bank transfers. All payment transactions are securely processed through third-party payment gateways. SweetwoodShots.com does not store your payment information.
We ship both locally (within Sri Lanka) and internationally. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities. Any delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
Due to the nature of our consumable product, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at orders@sweetwoodshots.com within 3 days of delivery with photographic proof, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If you subscribe to receive regular deliveries of Sweet Wood Shots, you will be billed at the agreed frequency until you cancel. You may pause or cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account or contacting us at support@sweetwoodshots.com at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle.
